The Bombay High Court asked if the police is protecting Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar by not naming him in Pune land deal FIR and investigating only other persons. Notably, 40 acres of land, which belonged to the government, was sold to Amadea Enterprises LLP, in which Parth Pawar is a majority partner.
