AAP leader Sanjay Singh has said that his party would complain against Crime Branch DCP Rajesh Deo to the Election Commission for violating the Model Code of Conduct by saying that Shaheen Bagh shooter is AAP member without a full investigation. Singh added, "Is Amit Shah telling Deo to say these things? On whose instructions he dared to do this?"
