PM Narendra Modi's economic advisor Sanjeev Sanyal highlighted risks in Anthropic's governance plan where seven co-founders hold roughly 14% equity but seek 50.1% voting power. "Wonder if this voting control is inherited...what happens...when trust fund kids with minority shares have inherited majority control," he said.
