The Islamic State (ISIS) militants are reportedly trying to give the remains of US Journalist James Foley's body to his family for a bargain of $1 million. According to intermediaries handling the deal, the militants will give Foley's DNA as proof that the body is his, and the exchange will take place on the Syrian-Turkey border.
