'ISKCON' well-known trademark, can't be used by clothing company: Bombay HC

The Bombay High Court has declared registered trademark 'ISKCON' of International Society for Krishna Consciousness a 'well-known mark in India' and barred an apparel company from using the name. The religious organisation had sued ISKCON Apparel Pvt Ltd. It alleged that the company changed its name to Alcis Sports Pvt Ltd but continued using the term ISKCON on their products.
