Pakistan Aviation Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique on Friday said the Islamabad International Airport will be outsourced for 15 years. "Navigational services and runway operations will not be outsourced. [Pakistan] Civil Aviation Authority will continue to handle them," he stated. "The whole world has done this. We must decide if we want to move forward or remain in...stone age," he added.
