Multiple explosions have been heard in Qatar's capital Doha, Reuters reported citing witnesses. Smoke was seen rising over the Katara District in the capital, an eyewitness said. Axios reporter Barak Ravid citing Israeli officials said the explosion in Doha targeted senior Hamas leadership who had gathered to discuss the latest US ceasefire proposal.
