Israel has begun bringing back its citizens stranded overseas amid tensions with Iran. The first rescue flight touched down at Ben Gurion Airport on Wednesday, bringing home passengers from Larnaca, Cyprus. According to the Israeli government, an estimated 1,00,000-1,50,000 Israeli nationals were stranded abroad, and repatriation flights are already scheduled from Athens, Rome, Milan and Paris.
