Israel condemned Russia for criticising Germany for backing Tel Aviv and announcing its intent to intervene in Gaza genocide case at International Court of Justice (ICJ). Russia had accused Germany of providing "unfettered support" to Israel, and said it was systematically ignoring plight of non-Jewish European minorities. Israel had termed Russia's comments as a "distortion of the Holocaust".
