Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar has remarked that the country will respond to any nations who move to unilaterally recognise the state of Palestine. His remarks come amid reports claiming that US President Donald Trump could formally recognise Palestine at the upcoming Gulf-US summit in Saudi Arabia. Currently, Palestine is recognised as a sovereign nation by 147 countries.
