The Israel Defence Forces launched an attack on the town of Saksakiyeh, southern Lebanon, Tasnim news agency reported on Saturday. According to reports, at least six people were killed, and many others were injured in the attack. The attack comes despite Israel and Lebanon having agreed to implement a renewed ceasefire following the fourth round of US-mediated negotiations in Washington.
