Israel reopened the Rafah crossing with Egypt on Thursday to allow wounded Palestinians to cross for treatment. Israel's Defence Ministry said movement would be allowed in both directions of the border for limited people in coordination with Egypt and under supervision of the European Union mission. The Rafah crossing is the only border Gaza shares with Egypt.
