Russia's envoy to the United Nations, Vassily Nebenzia said Israel's attack on Iran is "completely unprovoked". Several people have been killed in Iran in strikes by Israel which also targeted Iran's nuclear facilities. Nebenzia stated US and its allies have incited Israel's attack. Notably, Israel's attack began after failed US-Iran talks regarding Iran's nuclear programme.
