Israel has been upgrading its plutonium production capabilities at the Dimona nuclear facility. The facility, which is believed to be the hub of Israel's covert atomic weapons program, has been undergoing significant expansions, including a large dig near the aging reactor. Analysts estimate Israel has material for at least 80 nuclear bombs.
