Israel has requested judges at the International Criminal Court (ICC) to withdraw arrest warrants against PM Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant. It also asked the court to order the prosecution to suspend its investigation into alleged atrocity crimes in Palestine. ICC had issued the arrest warrants in November 2024 over alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity.
