short by Vinayak Nair / on Sunday, 31 May, 2026
An ISRO-backed team from BITS Mesra in Jharkhand developed an AI system that can detect and analyse lunar craters using data from NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter and India's Chandrayaan missions.
