Former ISRO Chairman K Sivan said the space agency is promoting and hand-holding private space companies and startups. ISRO is "providing all its facilities for the private sector to carry out space activities at a very nominal cost", Sivan added. He further talked about ISRO's collaboration with NASA on the NISAR mission and said it'll benefit the entire mankind.
