ISRO will launch the BlueBird Block-2 communication satellite aboard LVM3 launch vehicle on December 24. Part of a next-generation satellite series, it is designed to provide space-based cellular broadband directly to standard mobile phones. The LVM3-M6 mission will place the satellite into Low Earth orbit (LEO), making it the largest commercial communications satellite deployed in LEO.
