The Supreme Court has asked amicus curiae Pawan Shree Agrawal to issue a public notice inviting objections to the sale of Unitech's assets. The notice is aimed at ensuring that properties are unencumbered before the sale. The court was also informed that Shapoorji Pallonji was interested in buying Unitech's land in Bangalore for ₹110 crore.
