Income Tax Department conducted raids on offices of real estate company Phoenix Group and the residences of its Directors in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Nearly 200 income tax officials had flown in from Mumbai to conduct raids at 20 locations over alleged tax evasion. The company's Chairman Emeritus Suresh Chukkapalli is alleged to have close relations with Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS).
