On the India-Pakistan ceasefire agreement, former Jammu and Kashmir DGP SP Vaid said, "It is a good development...I feel that India has kept a condition that Pakistan needs to stop its acts of terrorism." He added, "The US was mediating...therefore, this agreement happened. Ceasefire is welcome." The ceasefire between India and Pakistan became effective from 5 pm today.
