Anil Kapoor has reacted to rumours claiming his upcoming movie based on the life of Olympic gold-medalist Abhinav Bindra has been shelved. "Bindra was always happening...but it's a tough film to make...It needs a lot of planning," he said. "All good filmmakers work on scripts for years to make them happen," Anil said, adding, "I plan to start...[it] by 2023."
