Speaking about his horror-comedy films including 'Stree' and 'Roohi', producer Dinesh Vijan said, "The writing on 'Roohi' started...before 'Stree' released." He added, "'Roohi' is Stree's crazier sister...it's a very nuanced film." Talking about his new project, Vijan said, "We are starting a film called 'Bhediya'...and that's a monster-comedy...that will find a way into the [horror] universe."
