Days after Akal Takht declared Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann 'Guru Dokhi' (anti-Guru) over an alleged objectionable video which showed a person sprinkling alcohol on images of Sikh Gurus, a new forensic report stated that the person seen in the footage wasn't CM Mann. Investigators examined all 1,191 frames and found differences in facial features, body structure, posture and estimated height.
