Shankar shared that the Hindi remake of 'Aparichit' with Ranveer Singh as the lead has been put on hold. "Our producers want me to do a film bigger than 'Aparichit'...After the release of these two films (Game Changer and Indian 2), we will decide how to take it forward," he added. The remake was announced in 2021.
