Pune-based fitness startup Squats' Co-Founder Jitendra Chouksey in an interview to YourStory said that the startup started as a WhatsApp group where he helped his friends and family members get fit. After creating a Facebook Group to extend his reach, Chouksey launched the online coaching platform in January 2016. The startup was backed by actor Suniel Shetty last year.
