Economics Nobel Winner Abhijit Banerjee said it "upsets him a little bit" to read such comments after BJP National Secretary Rahul Sinha said he wondered whether having a foreigner as the second wife was a criterion to win Nobel. Banerjee said his work is always non-partisan, adding he has worked with state governments led by BJP, Congress, TMC and AIADMK.
