Responding to a question on whether Melinda was concerned over his ties with sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein, Microsoft Co-founder Bill Gates told CNN "it was a huge mistake" to spend time with him. Gates said he had "several dinners" with Epstein hoping to get "billions of philanthropy", but their relationship ended "when it looked like that wasn't a real thing".
