Revenue management startup Chargebee's CEO Krish Subramanian said that laying off 10% of the company's workforce was hard. "I'm a first-time founder and it makes it even harder. But, we knew our reality," he stated. The company, which raised $250 million in February last year, conducted the layoff in November citing the "need to address the operational debt".
