American-British actress Kathryn Hunter said the car accident that had left her with a broken back, pelvis and arm when she was a student was "a suicide attempt". She added she hadn't spoken about it before to "protect" her family. "The important thing I feel is if you are feeling suicidal, go to talk to someone, get help," Hunter said.
