An Italian national, Alfredo Rombola who lives in Odisha's Puri registered a complaint alleging some people have created his fake IDs on social media. They tried to defame him and threatened to kill him and his family, he claimed. Alfredo has been living in India for over 25 years and runs an organisation that provides medical help to the poor.
