Eighty Italian chefs on Saturday smashed the record for the world's longest pizza after baking a 1,595.45 metres long margherita pizza. Judged by Guinness World Records judge Lorenzo Veltri, the pizza was made up with 1,500 kilos tomatoes and over one and a half tonnes of mozzarella. The creation topped the record of a 1141.5 metres long pizza made in Spain.
