The Italian town of Portofino announced that tourists will no longer be allowed to walk through the streets barefoot, in swimwear, or topless starting July 15. The new municipal regulations also prohibit the consumption of alcohol on the streets. Violators will have to face fines ranging from €25 to €500. These regulations will remain in effect until September 30.
