ITC said it has acquired control of Yoga Bar-parent Sproutlife Foods (SFPL), making it a subsidiary with effect from April 1. ITC currently holds a 47.5% stake in the latter; however, it has acquired the right to nominate majority of the directors on the board. "Acquisition is in line with strategy to augment company’s portfolio in foods segment," ITC said.
