ITC gains 4% as Happiest Minds merger announced

ITC shares rose 4.7%, while Happiest Minds fell nearly 9% after ITC Infotech announced plans to merge with Happiest Minds. ITC Infotech will first acquire a 22.1% stake from promoter Ashok Soota. The combined entity targets $1 billion revenue by FY28, with ITC set to hold a 73.4% stake.
