Shares of ITC Hotels listed at a discovery price of ₹180 apiece on NSE on Wednesday. The IPO-less listing marks a discount of 31% from its implied price of ₹260. The shares were listed at ₹188 on BSE, marking a discount of 30% from the implied price of ₹270. The listing comes after the firm's demerger from parent company ITC.
