Multi-business conglomerate ITC has filed a lawsuit against Britannia Industries Ltd for allegedly copying the biscuit packaging of one of the ITC's products. However, ITC said the issue is not likely to impact the company's operations or performance. The case has been filed in the Delhi High Court and will come up for hearing on August 31.
