ITC on Tuesday said it'll buy Sproutlife Foods, the parent company of healthy snacks brand Yoga Bar. The deal will be completed in three-four years, with ITC initially buying 39.4% stake for ₹175 crore. It plans to acquire a total of 47.5% stake by March 2025 and the acquisition of the remaining stake would be subject to conditions.
