Addressing a rally in Odisha's Sundargarh, PM Narendra Modi on Saturday said that BJP will win the Assembly elections in Odisha and it's certain that lotus will bloom in the state. He further said that the Biju Janata Dal government in the state corrupted the money it received from the Centre. BJP has never formed the government in the state.
