J&K intern doctors to meet CM Omar Abdullah over stipend

Jammu and Kashmir intern doctors will meet Chief Minister Omar Abdullah over their demand to increase the monthly stipend from ₹12,300 to ₹30,000. The interns have been protesting indefinitely, saying the stipend has remained unchanged for nearly six years. They will continue their protest until a formal approval and written government order are issued.
