J&K L-G orders unified mechanism to curb prison terror networks

J&K L-G Manoj Sinha chaired a high-level Prisons Department review at Lok Bhavan, directing Police, Prisons and intelligence agencies to form a unified coordination mechanism. He called for surprise inspections, forensic examination of seized devices, biometric systems, dedicated prison intelligence units, and expedited construction of a high-security prison at Mahanpur.
