Zubair Firdous, a trekker from Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla and founder of Alpine Hikers, has completed journeys to over 150 alpine lakes across Jammu and Kashmir. Starting in 2014, he reached his 150th lake, Diya Sar in Hirpora, this year. An MBA graduate, Zubair has self-funded his expeditions and aims to explore all alpine lakes in J&K and beyond.
