Jharkhand CID has arrested state government staffer Abhay Tiwari, the alleged mastermind of Jharkhand paper leaks. He allegedly ran a racket worth ₹40 crore that leaked and manipulated recruitment examinations conducted by JPSC and JSSC. Further, Tiwari himself has cleared 12 competitive exams in 13 years. This comes as students continue to protest in Ranchi demanding action against paper leaks.
