J'khand student climbs atop barricades & dances as police use water cannon to disperse crowd

A student climbed atop police barricades and danced as the police used water cannon to disperse student protesters who were taking out a 'Vidhan Sabha Gherao' march in Jharkhand on Monday. A video of the student dancing has surfaced online. A large number of people, protesting against alleged irregularities in state exams, were seen in the video.
