Former New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern on Wednesday delivered her final speech in the country's parliament. Ardern, who announced her resignation from the top post in January, jokingly said, "It was a cross between...sense of duty to steer a moving freight train...and being hit by one." She had stepped down, saying she no longer had "enough in the tank".
