Block, a fintech firm founded by Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey, will lay off 1,000 employees as a part of reorganisation. The Block layoffs will be announced as a part of company's reorganisation plans. Block CEO Jack Dorsey said that the job cuts will not be a part of cost-cutting measures or implementation of AI.
