Billionaire Jack Ma appeared in a video conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin days after his company Alibaba was fined a record $2.8 billion by Chinese regulators. The fine was imposed after an investigation found the e-commerce company violated China's anti-monopoly law. Jack Ma joined Putin on video at a meeting of the Russian Geographical Society.
