Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy attacked the Chandrababu Naidu-led TDP government, alleging that it had released “cooked-up” economic figures to project an artificial narrative of growth in the state. He said the CAG’s provisional accounts for the first six months of the current financial year point to “abysmally low growth” in government revenues.
