Jaidev Thackeray, the son of late Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray has withdrawn the suit challenging the will of his father. Jaidev had challenged the will in which his father did not leave a share for him. He had disputed it, saying his father was of "unsound mind" and that his brother Uddhav Thackeray had influenced him.
