Former prison official Sunil Sangwan, who contested Haryana poll on BJP's ticket for Dadri seat, won against his nearest rival, Manisha Sangwan of Congress, by margin of 1,957 votes. Sangwan joined BJP last month after resigning as jail officer. Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim got parole six times when Sangwan was superintendent of the jail he was lodged in.
